Viarco ArtGraf Graphite Powder is extremely versatile, the water-soluble powder gives the artist the chance to explore new techniques and approaches to one of the most conventional raw materials used in fine arts. With water solubility and fixing properties incorporated into its formula, ArtGraf graphite powder allows precise control over desired grey shade, from transparent to opaque, simply by adjusting the ratio of water to the powder.

It can also be mixed with other water-based painting materials which gives freedom to create more colours, tones and textures. It can be applied with a wet brush or even rubbed onto a surface. When dry it can be erased or re-wet.

Viarco ArtGraf Graphite Powder is available in two sizes - 100gm and 250gm. It can be used dry like traditional graphite or added to water for spectacular wash like effect.
