These pencils can be used either wet or dry to create stunning effects and artwork. Applied on dry paper or mix the colours with a little water and a brush, on wet paper, the colours will blend harmoniously into one another on their own. These high-quality pencils with a lead diameter of 2.8 MM in 7 MM barrel provide a rich colour application. Pencils are pre-sharpened and ready to use as soon as you get your hands on the box.
