Speedball Water-Soluble Block Printing Inks created from pigments ground and milled to the perfect consistency for block printing print in bold colour and dry to a rich, satiny finish. They have amazing tack guaranteeing even scope and consistent amazing results. They may be mixed to create custom colours creating unique outcomes.
Perfect for printing with linoleum wood or soft block surfaces, flexible printing plates or polyfoam or relief printing in the studio, at school, or at home. These inks are non-toxic, gluten free, and they clean up easily with soap and water. Made in the USA.
Ink Retarder – It slow down the drying process when mixed with water-soluble block printing inks. It will not change the viscosity of ink and is suitable for block and linoleum printing. This water-soluble block printing ink retarder has excellent transfer tack which ensures even coverage and produces minimal odour. This ink retarder can only be mixed with water-soluble printing ink.
Ink Extender – It mixes with water-soluble block printing ink to create gorgeous, transparent colours. Simply apply a small amount of ink to the extender and thoroughly mix to increase ink transparency. The viscosity of block printing ink will not be affected when using the ink extender, so it will produce consistent results every time.
Pearlescent Base – It adds a lovely pearlescent, shimmering effect to print. The pearlescent base is only suitable for water-soluble block printing inks. The viscosity of printing ink will not be affected when using the pearlescent base, so it will produce consistent results every time.
Available in 27 brilliant colours including 3 process, 5 metallics and 6 fluorescents colours.
