The Heritage Series 4050 is the first synthetic sable hair brush of Princeton. The brush has an enhanced color holding capacity, excellent natural snap, point, and shape retention. It is ideal for watercolours and fluid acrylics. It is excellent for thin or thick strokes.

Featuring a sharp point and crisp edge, it comes in a rich, distinctive gold ferrule and marbleized red hardwood handle. Stiffness 3 on 5.

Flat ferrule. Wash brush is useful for large broad sweeping strokes. Laying in large areas of water or color, for wetting the surface, and for absorbing excess media. Washes, basecoating, applying glazes and finishes.
