Pebeo Artist Acrylics Raw Sand Mortar - 250 ML is a semi-matt finish mortar with a thick and granular consistency. It is made from acrylic polymer and silica and gives granular and grainy effects. It can be used alone or mixed with colours to give a beautiful effect to broken tones. It can be diluted with water and Bindex. It is best applied with a painting knife.
