Pebeo Artist Acrylics Bindex - 4 Litre is a non-yellowing, translucent and indelible acrylic binder which offers a supple satin film after drying. Bindex is used to prepare acrylic colours. When mixed with the colours it provides an even colour consistency, allows better adhesion, transparency, depth, drying time without thinning the paint. It is ideal for creating collages, material effects and inlays. It's also commonly used in bookmaking and bookbinding.
