Nikko Nib N5 – School type was originally designed learning calligraphy and drawing in school. These nibs are slightly softer compared to other nibs and creates slightly thicker hairlines. These mapping nib with little flexibility and a super-fine point ideal for creating highly detailed drawings. Produces strong, crisp fine lines. These are capable of excellent line variation for pointed pen scripts such as Copperplate and Spencerian. The 659R nibs are unique because they feature a little reservoir to hold extra ink, allowing longer writing on one tank.
