Montana ACRYLIC markers are filled with high quality water-based acrylic paint in colours that match the corresponding colours in the Montana GOLD spray paint line. The highly pigmented paint is light-fast, high covering, water-resistant and abrasion proof allowing application to almost any surface including canvas, wood, metal, walls, and glass. It is also ideal for brushwork and airbrush use. The transparent marker bodies allow for easy assessment of remaining marker content.
Montana Acrylic paint is waterproof when applied to clean, dry surfaces and allowed to completely dry between layers. The optimum flow control pump-valve system allows accurate handling and application. The solvent free ACRYLIC Marker range is ACMI approved (Art & Creative Materials Institute) approved and carries the AP mark of non-toxicity.
Luminous Colour Shades - Montana Acrylic marker range is more luminous with the inclusion of the Acrylic fluorescent colours. Ideal for creating great fluorescent effects while matching their equivalent Montana GOLD can colours, the Montana Acrylic fluorescent colours also glow under UV light in darkness.
Great for Decorative Use - Montana Acrylic marker range has extended to include the colours Copper Matt and Gold Matt. These colours exhibit the highly opaque, excellent coverage and great colour saturation. The metallic shades are perfect for all kinds of art, design, or decorative applications, especially on dark grounds due to their high coverage and contrast.
Colour Range - The series consists of 21 Montana Shock colours as well as metallic, fluorescent and some other select shades from the Montana GOLD colour system. The paint is lightfast and allows application to almost any surface. The markers are available in a 0.7mm EXTRA FINE, 2mm FINE, 15mm Standard, and 30mm Broad as well as 50mm Broad tips. Replacement and alternative tips are available for all sizes.
0.7mm Extra Fine - Perfect for the finest detailed work allowing application to various surfaces. The robust solid tip enables users to achieve controlled and precise detailed marks. This unique marker tip is ideal for all creative uses and especially suitable for smaller, fine detailed work. Available in 14 vibrant colours.
2mm FINE - Comes with a round fibre tip that has a smooth, soft application making line work, fill-ins, and controlled application easy. For more calligraphic styles, simply replace the round tip with the 6mm chisel tip, opening a whole new world of options. Available in 36 matte colours as well as Varnish gloss.
15mm Standard - Perfect tool for all marking jobs, big or small. Great for decorative uses such as poster design, sign boards and display making, the 15mm fibre tip also offers many possibilities for the creative and artistic use. Ideal for calligraphic lettering and filling in larger surface areas, the fibre tip is smooth in application and even in colour distribution. Available in 26 matte colours as well as Varnish gloss.
30mm and 50mm Broad - Widest in the ACRYLIC marker range. The extra wide felt tips are perfect to create great calligraphic effects on a large scale. Users can apply marks firmly and exactly with even colour distribution and consistency. Available in Black and Silver, these markers are excellent for filling in large surface areas fast.
Acrylic Varnish Gloss can seal and protect Montana Acrylic artwork for longevity. It also enhances effects and intensifies the visual impact of final artworks. With the flexibility to be applied with various methods such as by marker, brush and air brush, the acrylic varnish Gloss can intensify and luminate the dry acrylic colours it is applied to. This allows users to create depth to background/foreground work and be used as a tool to manipulate the play of light on artworks.
