The key components of Mondeluz Aquarelle coloured pencils are rich, top quality and highly concentrated pigments in combination with high quality kaolin white clay for the core. The highly pigmented core helps with the light permanency and durability of the art work, whereas the high quality clay ensures excellent water solubility, with the aquarelle effect achieved with the use of just a few drops of water applied to it via a wet brush. The concentration of pigments is higher than student-grade water soluble coloured pencils. Mondeluz Pencils are the perfect instrument for the professional artist. Use Pencils Wet or Dry –

Mondeluz a coloured pencil is extremely soluble, and an aquarelle technique can be achieved with just few drops of water. Water may be added by brushing over the hand drawn strokes to soften and blur the lines, creating a watercolour paint effect, or the pencil may be dipped in water prior to drawing to create a deep, rich stroke.

Sturdy Precision –

The Mondeluz pencil lead is soft and vibrant, consisting of water-soluble pigments. Each pencil is 7 mm thick, with a 3.8 mm lead and 175 mm long with hexagonal shape for wonderful control. Pencils are pre-sharpened and ready to use as soon as you get your hands on the box.
