Koh-i-noor Mechanical propelling pencil 5209 is made from a combination of metal mechanics three-side black plastic profiled coat and visible nicked metal parts. It is used for writing, drawing & sketching. It is the perfect tool for Design & Architecture students as it is one of the most economical lead holders in the KOH-I-NOOR Hardtmuth range. This lead holder holds leads of 2.0 mm diameter.

To eject the lead, the pencil should be held in a tilted position and the knob pressed; the clamp will open and the lead slides out. The knob is equipped with a sharpener; to sharpen the lead, unscrew the knob.

The pencil type number and Koh-I-Noor Versatile is printed on the pencil in 3D style.
