DecoArt Americana Acrylic Paints
DecoArt Americana Acrylic Paint provides highly pigmented, all-purpose, premium quality paint perfect for decorative painting, home decor, and general craft painting projects. It provides superior coverage with a permanent, durable matte finish with its versatility to use almost on any surface including wood, canvas, plaster, resin, poster board, terra cotta and Styrofoam.
Americana Acrylics are non-toxic, acid-free, water-based paint with a smooth and creamy texture and can be varnished to create various sheens. It offers bright and lightfast pigments with consistent viscosity and excellent coverage (Covers 4 -6 sq. ft. depending on surface). The colours are intermixable and easily blend allowing to create a beautiful array of shades. They clean up easily with soap and water while wet. Ideal for brush-on, sponge painting, faux finishing, and decorative painting.
Dry Time – Americana Acrylics normally dry to touch within 15 minutes or less. However, it also depends upon temperature, humidity, the thickness of application etc.
Colour Range – DecoArt Americana Acrylics comes in a wide range of beautiful and vibrant colours of 264 in 2 oz, 8oz and 16oz bottles which includes bright, concentrated fluorescent neon and pastel neon colours.
All Surface Paint – Americana Acrylic can be used on any surface including wood, canvas, plaster, metal, glass, and fabric as long as it is used with a proper medium. To paint on metal or glass it should be the prime with DecoArt Multi-Purpose Sealer or mix it directly to paint whereas mix DecoArt Fabric Painting Medium while painting on fabric then heat set design with an iron once the paint has cured.
