Canson Illustration paper is the first paper made specifically for illustrations, cartoon and manga! Developed in collaboration with the Angouleme House of authors and tested and approved by French and American professional illustrators.

Canson Illustration paper is ideal for all cartoon-drawing and illustration purposes: pencil, ink, wash (watercolour and gouache), felt pen, Alcohol Based markers (Like Copic and ProMarker), Solvent Based markers (Like Uni Posca), fountain pen, Pigment liners (like Sakura Micron, Pitt Pens) and ballpoint pen.

This smooth textured paper resists scratching and adhesive tape and does not flake when erasing. Being very white it gives an excellent colour contrast and is ideal for scanning.

The Canson Graphic Arts range is specifically designed for the world of illustration, design and graphic creation. It is a thick and tough illustration paper to meet the demands of both artistic drawing and graphic art techniques. The Canson Illustration Pad is made from high quality, thick 250 gsm, acid-free paper.
