Caravaggio uses a state-of-the-art priming method to ensure that the canvas delivers optimum consistency.
Art Essentials Caravaggio Series 502 Primed Artists’ Stretched Canvas is an artist quality 100% cotton canvas, with a medium grain and is 330 GSM / 11 Oz thick. The 100% Cotton fabric is double primed with a universal primer, making it ideal for oil, acrylic, tempera, charcoal & mixed media painting. The medium texture surface is ideal for all techniques with brush & heavier applications with painting knives. It has excellent strength and a traditional grain for every type of painting.
Art Essentials Stretched Canvas is supported with 23 x 42 mm thick pine wood frame that provides ideal support for 11 Oz thick primed canvas. Hand Stretched, acid-free, archival canvas is pre-primed. The canvas is stapled at the back for clean, paintable edges. It Includes wood keys to allow artist to further adjust the tension of canvas.
